Privacy and data.
Control your preferences, optional measurement and Found data in your account.
Information you submit
When the backend is configured, newsletter preferences, merchant submissions, campaign inquiries, support requests, and listing reports are stored in the dedicated AWS Found service. Shopper saves and follows are associated with the authenticated customer identity; merchant records are associated with the developer identity.
How information is used
Submissions support the purpose described beside each form and are available to authorized staff for review. A submission does not automatically publish content, verify a brand, reserve a campaign, or guarantee a response. Email is delivered through Resend when configured. A newsletter signup requires email confirmation. External campaigns require merchant-approved creative and a recorded paid invoice; staff record actual delivery evidence.
Newsletter preferences
The newsletter preferences page updates the stored subscription preference when the service is configured. Use the private unsubscribe link delivered to your email to change your subscription. Email-only requests send a private link and do not expose whether an address is subscribed.
Concept listings and analytics
Sample product and brand details are illustrative, not verified partner information. Live listings require review and ownership verification. Store link requests are recorded for merchant referral reporting; those counts are not proof of a purchase. Optional measurement requires consent and uses a browser cookie for up to 30 days. Product activity and experiment events expire after 90 days; consented referral tokens expire after 30 days. Aggregate referral requests do not identify shoppers. The application does not send analytics to Vercel. AI draft requests send the supplied product facts to AWS Bedrock when enabled; do not include private customer data.
Account controls and retained records
You can export your Found records and remove saves, follows, preferences, alerts and public reviews in your account. This also opts out the verified account email from the newsletter. Orders remain in BIFY Commerce and source portal accounts remain separate. Staff review requests concerning billing, creator agreements, audit records and other retained operational data through the support queue.
